(Applicable to all bookings and stays at Misty Mountain Plantation Resort)

1. Booking & Payment

  1. Reservation Confirmation – All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method.

  2. Advance Payment – A 30% advance or full payment will be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate plan chosen.

  3. Activity – Activities are subject to weather conditions.

 

2. Check-In / Check-Out

  1. Check-In Time – From 2:00 PM onwards.

  2. Check-Out Time – By 12:00PM Noon. Early check-ins or Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

  3. Identification – Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests upon check-in. Foreign nationals should produce passport and a copy of visa.

 

3. Guest Rules

  1. Occupancy Limits – Maximum occupancy of 3 people per room must not be exceeded.

  2. Children Policy – Children under 5 may stay free with accompanying adults.

  3. Pets – Not allowed.

  4. Behaviour & Conduct – Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow resort rules. The management reserves the right to deny entry or evict guests for inappropriate conduct without refund.

 

4. Facilities & Services

  1. Certain activities or facilities may be subject to seasonal availability, weather conditions, or maintenance schedules.

  2. Charges may apply for selected amenities, activities, or services.

 

5. Liability

  1. The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  2. Guests are liable for any damage to resort property caused during their stay.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Flexible Rate Bookings – Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in is eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made later, only a percentage of the booking amount will be refunded. Guests may also choose to postpone their stay without losing the booking amount; however, if the new dates fall in a season with higher room rates, the guest will be required to pay the difference.

  2. No refund – In case of very close cancellations like 1- or 2-days prior, full retention will be charged.

  3. No-Show – Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in full charge for the stay.

 

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
