Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Flexible Rate Bookings – Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, only a partial refund of the booking amount will be issued. Guests may also opt to reschedule their stay without forfeiting the booking amount; however, if the revised dates fall within a period with higher room rates, the guest shall be liable to pay the difference.

  2. Close Cancellations – Cancellations made 1 or 2 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will be subject to full retention, and no refund will be provided.

  3. No-Show – Failure to check in without prior intimation will result in full retention of the booking amount, and no refund will be applicable.
